I am very grateful for the dermatology team here especially to Miss Precious who have made all of my treatments safe, high quality, comfortable, and effective. She really follows up on me as her patient and makes sure I get the best treatment possible. I would not go anywhere else and would not trust anybody else to do my laser and facial. Topnotch service from a very kind nurse!

I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Really professional well trained-educated doctors and helpful, smiley, understanding nurses and staffs. They care about your concerns, try to explain you everything step by step. Easy to get appointment. Even by walk in you can easily see a doctor same day!! Wait time may vary due to number of waiting patient but the staff inform you about the reason and your turn as well. Best hospital in Abu Dhabi without doubt!! Highly recommended hospital. They are giving best care and attention that ever had in a hospital. The doctors and nursing staff were very professional and attentive. Registration was very smooth and fast. Highest standards for efficient healthcare. The hospital you can trust! With the best doctors, expert in their field pluss a bunos of friendly faces. The nurses are superb, equiped with knowledge, and experience insuring quality care. The staff have the power to make you smile back, when they smile at you. They are just great! When you go to Seha Emirates Hospital, it's like having a family ready to take care of you. Insuring healthy, happy, long, and fulfilling life, and they are very happy to serve you. Better than anything... Its seha hospitality Sweeter than anything... Its medical staff.

I JUST REALLY HOPE THAT THEY WILL HAVE LIVE PORTAL SYSTEM SO ALL THE PATIENTS THERE WOULDNT SUFFER TO WAIT MONTHS OR WEEKS FOR MEDICINES! AND THEY SHOULD PROVIDE IT ON THE SPOT. EVEN FOR THE TREATMENTS I BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH AND UNTIL NOW NO ONE IS GIVING ME UPDATES. SERIOUSLY?!!! WHAT KIND OF HOSPITAL IS THIS ? SHOULD WE WAIT TO DIE?!
